Our story · Durham, NC · Since 2024
A little discovery.
A lot of
community.
We’re here for the places that make Durham, Durham. And the people who make those places feel like home.
This is why we exist
When local businesses thrive,
communities thrive.
It started with a simple idea
Open a tab.
Open a door.
Trying something new should feel like an invitation.
We started Bull City Discovery Society in 2024 to bring people together through the joy of discovering something new, while supporting the independent businesses that make Durham special.
We partner with a local business and fund a tab for a limited time. Our subscribers get the when, where, and what’s included. Then it’s time to show up, enjoy something complimentary, and get to know a place you might never have found otherwise.
We call these moments Discovery Drops. A little generosity can lead to a new favorite spot, a familiar face, or a reason to come back.
First come, first served, while the tab lasts. Free to join for ages 21 and up.
The good goes around

Built on trust and generosity.
Rooted right here in Durham.
